*rubs eyes again to make sure we’re not seeing things*….
Nope. She’s still there. Whoopi Goldberg in a ‘what in the hell kind of get-up is this’, in Germany-land, where the actress attended the opening of Sister Act.
We know the Germans are a bit weird like (they idolise The Hoff, enough said), but there’s no excuse for turning up looking like an extra from [insert any kids movie about wizards and wizardry here] in which Emma Thompson probably also turns up as a School Ma’am/Nanny/Baddie with facial prosthetics….and a cane….and a bag of tricks….and a plummy English accent.
And don’t think we haven’t spotted the elf-like clogs Whoopi (working in the toy factory tonight much??!) or the Santa inspired gloves, which look like she just fell into a dress-up box, did a ‘ta-daaaaa’ jazz-hands thing…and then forgot to take them off.
Co-host of ABC‘s The View, this is is the woman who famously hit back at the style police’s constant criticism of her wardrobe choices, by saying:
“I am myself, I’ve always been myself and you don’t judge me by what I wear, you judge me by what I say.”
No need to say anything on this occasion love, that outfit screams it at us.
