Look at that swept back weave, probably a result of sucking off a homeless dude so she could score before she hit the red carpet – or maybe her pimp just grabbed her bangs too hard dragging his bitch back to the hire whore car.

And we’d like to draw your attention to her new mannequin face which had us doing a double-take; 1) Because it’s not everyday you see Courtney’s actual face, which is normally smeared in vomit and vamp make-up; and 2) because it proves that even though someone is completely certifiable, surgeons will still operate.
